Leadership Training Conference (LTC)

LTC is our transformative student leadership training conference, held annually for a week in June. It is a powerful time where students and AACF campus ministers, both fundraised and volunteer, come together from all our AACF chapters to seek the Lord with passion and purpose. Through prayer, worship, and intensive training, we prepare our hearts and minds to love the Lord our God with all that we are and ready our souls to serve sacrificially alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Our training is hands-on and deeply practical, equipping students with real-life ministry skills that will impact their campuses and beyond. Students will learn how to lead interactive Bible studies, plan dynamic large-group activities, develop and implement a God-honoring ministry vision, boldly share their faith, cultivate radical and yet humble discipleship, foster engaging small-group discussions, and deepen their personal prayer life with the Father.

Your generosity goes directly to this mission. Thank you for investing in the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. Your gift is sowing into a movement of students who will carry the Gospel forward with conviction and love!

Give online here or if you prefer to give by check, make the check to “JEMS” and write “LTC” on the memo line. Mail it to P.O. Box 86047, Los Angeles, CA 90086-0047. If you have any questions, please call the JEMS office at 213-613-0022 or email us at info@jems.org.

Within AACF, this fund is known as the "Grace K Ogawa Scholarship Fund" on behalf of one of our beloved campus ministers. You can read more about her below!

Grace attended UCLA's AACF as a student and returned to serve AACF from 1988 to 2003. As a Campus Minister, she was vital to the growth and development of college students at UCLA and throughout the SoCal region.

She was a beautiful and humble person of prayer, who gently shepherded students and fellow team leaders to pursue Jesus with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength. With devotion and hospitality, she invested well into the lives of many in AACF and sought for them to become servant leaders in their own right, following the AACF student-initiated/staff-directed ways. May the Lord bless those who receive financial assistance to attend LTC so that they may learn to lead in the same gentle and compassionate manner that Grace Ogawa served our Lord Jesus.
